Update Custom role using Admin reference APIs overwrites Project permissions if not provided in request, API Should have capability to append or overwrite project permissions as needed instead overwrite

This helps for missing project permissions if there are projects in huge number, which requires custom permissions.

Central logging

It would be nice to be able to send the logs to whatever kind of central log receiver framework one might have. ELK-stack, DataDog or the like. Maybe choose tags or such. Maybe choose different levels or such.
