Adding ETA in Aspera console during file transfer

AoC: Send package to multiple shared inboxes and combine shared inboxes with standalone recipients

Currently you can only send a package to a single shared inbox. It is not possible to send to multiple shared inboxes at the same time. It is also not possible to combine sending to a shared inbox with regular users/external recipients.

Faspex file obfuscation is a global server setting. We have divisions that wants it but for others we can't use it. It should be configurable per Shared Inbox.

Clients can then decide based on needs which division/team can use it, like for Encryption-at-Rest.
