provide external vault capabilities for mqsicvp

We have a couple of customer who moved from the internal to the external vault of App Connect enterprise. Thus it would be great if mqsivcp would support external vaults - as it is used quite often for troubleshooting scenarios.

WebMethods.io API transactions do not have TransactionId logged in End-to-End Monitoring logs.

Currently API logs are visible in analytics logs with transaction details, however in E2E monitoring transactionId is displayed as not set. This does not help any E2E monitoring users to track transactions.
