Rate limit setting by "week" unit is based on UNIX epoch

API Connect V5 on-premise version has rate limit setting option for protecting backend service. But when setting it by "week" unit, e.g. 1,000 calls per a week, it is based on Unix Epoch time (1970/01/01) + 7 days. As a result, rate limit is reset...
