API optional Variable Handling

Accept SHA-1 encryption

The client utilizes an LDAP with certificates signed using SHA-1 (128-bit). When accessing the WebUI, which is part of the bipBroker process, a failure occurs when retrieving the certificate because the signature is encrypted with SHA-1.
