Mainframe MQ product adopting OpenTelemetry

What is IBM's plan to adopt OpenTelemetry standard for the Mainframe Messaging feature? WAS Liberty could be utilised to expose Metrics, Logs, Tracing. This is on top the current approach exposing key metrics through the native SMF dataset.
