Extend caching capability in the gateway #EMEA #northerneurope

We would like Cache functionality to be independent, not only inbuilt into Invoke.

    Extending cache capabilities isn't in plan for the Gateway at this time. Complex cacheing should be handled with appropriate caching solutions outside of the Gateway

    Having a separate caching capability will also allow Client's using GatewayScript or XSLT to invoke backend (url-open) to cache the response. Currently that functionality does not exist.
