Pod Resource Configuration via CRs during the Installation

At the Moment we have to manually manipulate the installed deployments/statefulsets after the Installation. To Change the Resource definitions for different Pods. e.g. management apim Pods. This manually editing can lead to mistakes, create lot of efforts and with the next installation the values are probably overwritten. So for automated and save installation we need a possibilty to directly pass the resource values for the Pods in the custom resource files for the installation. e.g. management_cr for the installation of the management subsystem. For example we want to add resource definitions like this: resources: limits: cpu: 100m memory: 256Mi requests: cpu: 20m memory: 128Mi

Thank you for the requested but at this time we are not gong to consider this enhancement.

Our existing deployment profiles have been tested by our engineering teams. Modification of the resources can lead to system instabilities and may no longer conform to minimal system requirements.
