Timezone is invalid on Notifications view of API Manager

Our Client use API Connect for FinTech Web API
Platform.
That platform is used by many banks in Japan.
Then customers create API definitions on API Manager.
*customers is user who use API Manager in many banks.
When the customer shows notifications view, he confuses displayed time.
Because displayed time is not Japan Standard time but UTC.
Therefore, using product in Japan, I am receiving a request that our client want to improve that timezone change Japan Standard time from UTC.
