Build OCP Logging configuration into deployment of containerized MQ and ACE via Operator Merged

My customer has requested that IBM build the configuration for logging with the OCP Logging operator into the Operator-based deployment of MQ and ACE on OpenShift. The current method of configuring OCP logging for containerized MQ and ACE is deploying a sidecar container that takes logs from ACE and MQ then pushes those logs to the sidecar container's STDOUT, where it is picked up by the OCP Logging Operator. The customer would like to see this configuration built into the MQ and ACE Operators' deployment YAML/form for enhanced ease of use.

    Thanks for this one - This will need to be considered by the ACE and MQ teams. I can move this idea to one of those queues, or if you can move/copy it so that you can trace it more easily, that's fine too - please let us know what works best for you.
