Listener snippet for the DR instance of MQ RDQM for connectivity verification without having to take down production side.

Can IBM add code to MQ, and check that SYSVIEW is actively running, during a shutdown request, and cancel the threads connected to MQ, to allow for a quiesced shutdown.

We believe there are hooks in the SYSVIEW code which causes threads to linger, and therefore does not allow for an MQ shutdown with Quiesce option. This causes us to issue an MQ shutdown with the FORCE option, which we would like to avoid.
