    Add Hypervisor Proxmox VE to the supported Hypervisors

    Proxmox VE is a full featured enterprise virtualisation based on KVM. It is not using libvirt, so no existing ILMT/KVM integration can be used. Proxmox has a REST-API that should allow a simple integration into ILMT.
