Improve Consumer Analytics to address more use cases

We use quotas in product plans for monetarization. Consumers buy a usage plan, giving them a certain amount of API calls per month. So they want to see in consumer analytics how their actual API call volume compares to the limit of their usage plan.

Our consumers have applications subscribed to multiple APIs of different products, so they need to filter e.g. per product or plan and API and see the total number of calls a given application made on a specific usage plan.

In APIC v10.0.8.x one can only filter for the time range.

Please add filtering for application, product plan and API to consumer analytics.

Ideally, the limits of a usage plan will be displayed in the same diagram as the current total number of API calls against that plan in a given time range.
