Create Ansible Module for API Connect Administrative REST API

It would be great if there were an official ansible module for interacting with the API Connect administrative REST APIs.  This would be useful for clients that were implementing Infrastructuure as Code.

We've started developing ansible modules to do this and it has really simplified our cluster creation/configuration process and given us more confidence in the product!  This is a fairly large undertaking for a small team, but we've found it worthwhile.  We would have saved many months of effort if we (1) knew this was good approach to follow and (2) there was an officially provided ansible module.  We spent a long time developing a custom application to call in REST APIs but ultimately abandoned it in favor of our custom ansible module.

MQ has an ansible playbook: https://github.com/ibm-messaging/mq-ansible.  It would be great to have something similar for the other integration products, including API Connect.

At this point, we are not able to commit to supporting Ansible. We are going to mark this as Future Consideration and see if other customers request support for this capability.
