Allow filtering by API Connect Version for AirGap mirroring purposes

Currently within our IBM V10 server infrastructure an AirGap solution is required to download images published on public website, such as the IBM website.

As we adhere to the IBM API Connect V10 LTS lifecycle, we have observed an issue when upgrading to API Connect V10 version 10.0.8. Specifically, when downloading this version, all related images, such as those from version 10.0.9, are also being downloaded. This not only significantly increases the download time for the images but also necessitates greater capacity within our Harbor repository. For your reference, both the cp and cpopen projects are currently occupying over 600 gigabytes.

We need some kind of mechanism that only downloads the images related to the requested version.
