RELATED IDEAS

Have more than 1 owner of an organization

Being single threaded in anything is a risk.  There should be opportunity to specify multiple owners for an Cloud Manager organization.

    We do not intend to implement this RFE. Organizations can have multiple administrators, who can have the same permissions as an Owner and who have the ability to change the Owner. From our point of view, the design in place mitigates the risk that is being raised.

    If you still believe changes are needed after reading the above, please provide further details on scenarios that are not covered by the current design as described.

    You can cancel this in lieu of one for Tsou Peining from IBM:  For the RFE on adding more owners, please hold off on submitting it. I’d like to submit it on your behalf to:

    • Tag the internal "Product Scout" (not available externally)
    • Ensure they’re tasked with driving the RFE forward using the tactics we discussed

    I’ll keep you informed once it’s submitted and share next steps.
