Providing Option of Setting Expiry and Reminder for Consumer Credentials(clientId and clientSecret) of Apps for Consumer Orgs

We do have mailId associated with Consumer Orgs when it get created/onboarded,  As multiple customers asking for client cred expiry and rotation feature we can provide an option to set expiry days option or never expire based on preference to clientCreds while being created and sent reminder notifications to consumer org mailId to ask them to reset when it is near to expire. This is considering we don't want to reset and send credentials over mail due to security reasons.
