Restrict Space Administrator/Developer role or Custom role Access to Resources Within Their Assigned Space

We have a requirement for enhanced access control in API Connect, specifically for the role Space Administrators/Developers, to restrict access to resources within their assigned space(s). The key aspects of the enhancement should include:

Space-Scoped Subscriptions: The core requirement is to scope the subscription management permission. A user with rights to manage subscriptions (like a Space Administrator) should only be able to view and manage subscriptions for Products that are published within their own assigned Space. They should not be able to see or modify subscriptions belonging to Products in other Spaces.

Granular Control & Flexibility: Provide the ability to configure role-based access at the space level, with the option for higher-level administrators to modify permissions if needed.

Configuration & Monitoring: The access control should be configurable through the IBM Cloud UI or API and include robust logging and monitoring for auditing actions performed by Space Administrators.

This enhancement will improve security, operational efficiency, and reduce administrative overhead by ensuring that Space Administrators have the appropriate level of access, tailored to their responsibilities.

Adding our full support for this enhancement. This is a much-needed feature for us. We have many different teams using Spaces, and right now, all subscriptions show up for everyone to manage. This is a huge operational risk, and we're very concerned about accidental changes causing issues for other teams. Scoping subscriptions to the products from the correct Space would solve this and is a critical need for our organization.
