Please publish critical iFix to the product image registry (ICR) ,just as with APIC product images.

For CVE-2025-13915, an iFix has been provided. However,in case of OCP / CP4I Installations, the patching steps require preparing an additional image registry, which is not required for the standard product installation or upgrades.
When APIC is used with the image registry disabled, it takes additional time to prepare for applying the iFix.
For critical fixes like this one, please publish the iFix to ICR, in the same way as APIC product images.
