An API gives the list of the consumer orgs member is in.

Hi Team,
One of my clients wants to implement a mechanism in their custom developer portal to prevent a user from becoming a member of multiple consumer organizations.
From what I have checked, this is not easy. A Provider Org Owner can only list the Consumer Organization Owners, not their members. Members can only be listed by the related Consumer Org Owner. Because of this it seems to me they cannot achieve this cross-organization check using just the Platform and Consumer APIs. So It would be useful If we had an API that takes a username and gives you a list of the consumer orgs they are in.
