Improve APIC RI Satellite Connector ACL management through proactive IP change notifications.

Many customers using IBM API Connect Reserved Instance (RI) with Satellite Connector choose to implement ACL/IP allowlisting as an additional security control when mTLS is not sufficient or when organizational policies require network-level restrictions.

A common operational challenge is that customers must maintain IBM-managed IP addresses in their firewall and allowlist configurations. When these IP addresses change, customers may not have a simple or proactive way to know when updates are required, creating operational risk and the potential for unexpected service disruptions.

Suggested enhancement:

• Provide a documented and centrally maintained list of relevant Satellite Connector IP addresses.
• Offer proactive notifications whenever IP addresses are added, removed, or changed.
• Allow customers to subscribe to email notifications, webhooks, or RSS-style updates.
• Publish a change history and upcoming maintenance schedule when applicable.
• Consider exposing IP ranges through an API endpoint that can be consumed by customer automation tools.
