Add option for APIc toolkit login to return the JWT token value

Basic Auth for APIC REST APIs is no longer supported, at least in the IBM Cloud. (https://developer.ibm.com/apiconnect/2018/08/07/changes-authentication-api-connect-management-apis-public-cloud-regions/)

Having to get a token is tedious, especially for devOps scripting scenarios.

Given that an APIc toolkit login (by userid or by IBM Cloud API key), generates a token in the home directory file [.apiconnect/token], it would be convenient for devOps scripts if we could add a parm to the login (-t | --token) that would return the token generated during login for use in subsequent commands.

That way it could be easily passed on to APIc REST API requests.
