GDPR breach - requirement to reduce the manual effort required to manage subscriptions

When a subscriber signs up to the developer portal there is no option to to send automated service / customer notification to that customer.

Therefore, we have a manual process where they extract the relevant customer email addresses from the Developer portal, manually paste these email addresses into the 'Bcc' field of an email and then send the notification - this is a very manual process, open to error.

Therefore, we are looking for the documented business requirements below to address this.

Current process
- Open a new email and draft the service/customer notification.
- Extract the relevant customer email addresses' from the Developer Portal.
- Manually paste these email addresses into the ‘Bcc' field of the email.
- Check and send the email.

    The latest version of API Connect includes an email wizard that allows for this functionality.
