API Connect analytics - delete red elastic search indices without entering the shell

API Connect analytics - delete red elastic search indices without entering the shell.

The API Connect product analytics dashboard goes for a toss when the elastics search indices go red. Now elastics search indices could be red on a network fluctuation also (which is outside of APIM control). Hence when such condition happens, the only resolve as of now is to raise a PMR with IBM support to clean the red indices. Also do note that IBM Support team also follows a standard procedure to clean red indices on elastic search.

Instead a command line feature (without requiring to login to console) should be given which can be run on primary to delete red indices.

The current feature of system clean analytics does not serve the purpose of deleting partial analytics
