Mutual TLS certificate validation check

We would like that the API Connect Developer Portal to perform the following validations on the MTLS certificate that is uploaded to the Portal:

1. Do not allow self signed certificates
2. Do not allow expired certificates
3. Do not allow certificates that has been revoked
4. Only allow certificates from a selected list of trusted CA's

This should also be enforced at the API Gateway runtime.

    Hi Winston, these checks should happen at the moment the certificate is uploaded in the mutual TLS part of the UI

    Hello - We want to clarify this requirement: When is the check expected to happen for the certs?
