Ask for confirmation after ctrl-alt-del on VMWare console of the API Gateway image

Sending a ctrl-alt-del to the VMWare console of a DataPower gateway appliance results in an immediate reboot of that server (no confirmation asked).
This could trigger an accidental reboot an API Gateway in production.

The used Linux distributions by default reboot (without asking for confirmation) if you press ctrl-alt-del on the VMWare console
This behaviour could be changed by changing the file ‘/etc/inittab‘ and comment the line which begins with ‘ca::ctrlaltdel:‘
The VMWare solution itself does not provide any option to disable the crtl-alt-del on the VMWare Console and the change cannot be made in the provided API Gateway appliance image.
