Manager UI Indicator for network connectivity issues with gateway

In v10 there is a nice new page allowing you to see the event being sent to gateways (publishes etc): https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSMNED_v10/com.ibm.apic.apionprem.doc/tapim_gw_status_ui.html

On the other hand, there is not specific information allowing to understand what happens if we start to see events queued piling up.

One reason for events being queued is network issues between mgmt server and gateway, or econn refused coming back from the gateway.
This is something the user might be able to do something about if it was indicated in the UI it (user could check their network, load balancer, gateway).
