This is an IBM Automation portal for Integration products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Customers can access the API Developer portal in different languages and when doing so the API subscription request email is sent in the same language. API Manager (which is the one sending that email) has incorrectly taken the incoming request language as the one to use when sending the email. We want the ability that a user should be able to browse the portal in different languages and the email for subscription approval should be sent in English only rather than sent in whatever language they happen to have been using at the time

In our latest Major Release (v10.0.x+) this has been supported by editing all of the language specific email templates to only output English.
For example the template here is the Chinese (Simplified) Template for sign up but it would now send in English.
PMR 94683,082,000 was raised for the same, but was asked to submit an RFE instead. The requirement is to associate a provider organization or at least a space with an option to choose their default language. If this is not possible, at least the ability to default all mails sent from the Portal or APIM to be in English should be fine.
