Credential / Password Vault for API Connect Merged

Our Client's require a secure and encrypted way of storing credentials for Backend APIs (Called using Invoke action or Gateway-script). Currently the only possible option is to use API or Catalog Properties to store these values.

A secure encrypted vault or something similar to password alias is required for API Connect to store Keys/Credentials (encrypted) which can be referred on runtime by DataPower.

For CP4I - APIC, the better solution would be to leverage OpenShift Secrets to store those values (similar to App Connect). This will allow for standardization of access controls that can be put in place across all applications.
