Cookie Consent

What is the process for the user to enable/disable the cookies once he/she has saved his/her preferences? The user should be able to amend the consent at any point in time and the process to do so should be as easy as it was when consent was given initially.

    Hi Bhavna,

    In the advanced options for the cookie compliance in the portal, there are options to display the consent prompt every time, there are options to allow the withdrawing of consent, etc....

    There is also a Privacy Policy Version setting which is set to 1.0.0 by default, if you increase that version to say 2.0.0 then all existing users will be prompted to accept the new privacy policy again.

    Hi Swetha,

    We have been able to configure and same is displayed on the merchant portal as well. However, the consent is visible only the first time the portal is accessed after that the consent cannot be changed.
