API Manager users can set a default provider org

We have multiple provider organizations and many API Manager users, who work in multiple provider orgs. These users usually have a "main provider org" they work in.

It is a bad user experience that you have to select the desired provider org each time, you log into the system.

A user should be able to set a default provider organisation in his user profile or alternatively be able to choose a setting, that remembers the provider org that was selected last and select the same, once a user logs into API Manager again
