API-C toolkit enhancement

add a way to create apis/products using an existing .yaml file.

it does not look like the toolkit currently has a way to create an api or product from a .yaml (similar to the "import" functionality on the api manager when creating a new api/product).

it looked like there was a way to create an api from .wsdl file with "apic create:api --wsdl globalweather.wsdl".

could a similar option be added to create apis and products using a yaml?

    Hi Megan,

With an OpenAPI,you can directly create a Draft API using apic draft-apis:create or directly publish that to a Catalog as part of a Product.

    Thanks,
