Scheduled rotation of consumer app credentials

This request is for the option to enforce scheduled rotation of application credentials (client id and secret) for consumer apps. This would enhance security, because it ensures that only the apps of active developers, and actively maintained versions, are subscribed to APIs. It should be possible for the API administrator to setup an app credentials rotation frequency for specific (or all) developer organizations. Developers should get a notice that their application credentials will expire soon. After the scheduled interval (e.g. quarterly) the application credentials will be invalidated (client id and/or client secret).
