Checking detailed configurations of published APIs/Products on API Manager UI

When we check APIs and Products on API Manager UI, we would like to be able to see the detailed configurations of APIs/Products that are published in Catalogs.
Currently, API Manager UI shows the detailed configurations of APIs/Products that are only the draft state.
We know that we could get configurations of APIs/Products published in Catalogs by using Toolkit, but we would like to do all procedures on API Manager UI when we create drafts, publish in Catalogs and check the configurations after publish.

Please confirm that this would a Read-Only view of Products & APIs, from a given Catalog or Space, in the form of what is normally provided in the Develop Visual Editor. If this is not the case please provide additional details.

Our assumption is the Role would need a minim of Product-Drafts: view & API-Drafts:view.
