Ability to move services between Availability Zones

When organization starts small and grow big, in the beginning noone thinks about sorting services into Availability Zones. I think they bring order to complex infrastructure.

Later on, when topology grows in uncontrolled manner, one finds itself with multiple services registered into default availability zone. To sort this at the moment one needs to unregister a service and register it again, which would incur downtime for a gateway service. It would be nice if one could move a service to a different availability zone.

    When referencing Availability Zones is this the concept inside of API Connect CMC or is this K8/OCP AZs?
