Customize content of approval task description

When a dev portal user creates a subscription to a plan requiring approval, a approval task is created in API Manager.

The task description lists application name, product and plan name and the consumer organisation. The originator name is listed in a separate column.

In our company many teams publish apis in a single catalog using spaces. Subscription approvals/rejects are usually performed by business people.

They often need to contact the originator before the can approve, so it would be great, if the originators email can be added to the task.

So we suggest, that task descriptions can be customized like email notifications (see notification template for task-subscription-request) so we can add necessary information ourselves. The email should be renderred as a link, so it is easy to open it in the users email program.

An alternative approach could be to add the email to the originator column, so we get at least the email address per task
