Select multiple products/plans/APIs/users in the e-mail subscribers feature

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

We want to have the option to choose several products/plans/APIs/users in the list to be able to send the same message to multiple receivers in the same sending. At the moment, we have to resend the same message to each category of receivers. We also want the possibility to select a certain list of users (e-mails) or/and to upload a list of users (e-mails).

At this point we are not looking at extending the Portal Email Subscribers (https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/api-connect/10.0.x?topic=people-email-subscribers) with a Multiple Product select. We are also not looking to provide import/exports of email lists or direct sub-select from ALL users to Individual users.

Would an alternative solution to be able to notify all member of a single community. Today we use communities to restrict the see and subscribe to Products. This would allow communications to go to 'grouped' Consumer Organizations using the the existing communities construct.
