IBM API Connect in the Develop:Product there is a tag that will show "Not published" if that Product:Version has never been published to any of the catalogs in the Provider Org. If the Product has been published clicking on the "Published" status will show you which catalog this has been published. If this feature is not available in your installation in future upgrades of v10.0.7+ this feature will be available.

Using Search: Catalog Products and/or Search: Catalog APIs is another way to see which Products/APIs have been deployed to a given Catalog/
