Engagement: Fetching User Rate Limit and Sending Email Notification

External Script and API for Rate Limit Utilization: While API Connect lacks built-in email notification for rate limit utilization, we're considering an external script approach.

Can you provide an API on the Gateway that allows an external script to connect and retrieve the current user's rate limit utilization for sending email notifications? We're aware of the Analytics API for retrieving rate limit information, but ideally, we'd like a Gateway-based approach.
