Session Caching Configuration on API Cloud Manager Console GUI

Session caching is an advanced feature that is part of an SSL Server Profile on the datapower gateway configuration. API Connect utilizes datapower gateway, but does not include a way to natively enable/disable session caching for server profiles on the API Cloud Manager Console GUI. It could be a business requirement to disable session caching, which would currently only be possibly by creation a configuration extension, which is particularly difficult, especially on an OpenShift installation of API Connect.

Thank you for the idea, for IBM to proceed with the request it does require additional specific requirements and business case justifications. Under what conditions is it a business requirement to disable session caching for a period of time for the whole of the Gateway Service impacting all APIs hosted by that Gateway Service group?
