Allow wildcard search for base_path in APIC provider API

We want to use https://apic-api.apiconnect.ibmcloud.com/v10/#/IBMAPIConnectPlatformProviderAPI_200/operation/%2Fcatalogs%2F%7Borg%7D%2F%7Bcatalog%7D%2Fapis/get to check, if two APIs being published in different catalog spaces use the same endpoint path elements (base path and ressource subpaths).

We want to retrieve all APIs with a given basepath or basepath substring to validate, if the string basepath + subpath are already in use by another API, if a new API is being published.

As a basepath can consist of multiple path elements it is necessary to search for a all APIs, that basepath start with a certain string.

So we do not need an exact match but a wildcard search.

The feature for unique basepaths introduced in v10.0.5 does not provide a solution as it does not validate sub paths.


Please add a wildcard search feature to the APIC platform provider APIs.

    We have a similar request 'Add searching and sorting capabilities to API Connect platform APIs' (https://integration-development.ideas.ibm.com/ideas/APICONN-I-773) and we will prioritize this feature/ask for early next year (1H2025)
