Improve support for polymorphism in Map policy

API Connect v10 prides itself in supporting Open API 3.0 (with some limitations), but some of its default policies do not support the full range of the standard, like polymorfism. The map policy throws an error if the API draft document has any reference to oneOf, anyOf, allOf or discriminator. We are aware this warning can be disabled setting "supress-limitation-errors: true", but is not a good solution.
