ability to call ICAP server

Datapower has feature to call the icap server using a filter action, we would like API connect to have policies or user-defined policies to call ICAP server. To achieve the Virus scan capability

  1. It'd be great to implement the functionality to parse and validate form-data/multipart messages in general. They aren't ideal, but are a real requirement that we get occasionally. An in-the-box solution would likely be better than anything we can write

  2. support for gwy-script url-open to make call to icap protocol, currently the supported protocol are ftp, http, https.

  3. The capability to extract all file attachments as defined by an OpenAPI 3 spec. Data Types | Swagger Docs
