vSphere Support Multiple datacenters and clusters

Our customer is requesting the ability to install OCP on top of several vSphere cluster with their own datastore to allow high availability in case of fail down of one vSphere cluster.
They want regions and Zones within a OpenShift cluster running on vSphere.

Please request to Red Hat to make this feature available ASAP on OCP because we won't be able to scale the CP4i (200 OCP clusters with more than 100 nodes each) if we don't have this feature.

    Updating this to 'Not Under Consideration' as it's being progressed through the RedHat RFE process and Harihar is helping to progress this. This status has been chosen as there is not a 'Being resolved using a different channel' status

    I've discussed with Harihar and he's bringing it up on the synergy interlock as abov and I'm aware he's also reached out via email - is there further action needed from this idea?
