This is an IBM Automation portal for Integration products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Hi Lee - just a follow up on this one - did you have time to read Ben's comment?
Thanks for the update Ben:
Lee - can you add some more information here please? Are you using the App Connect Salesforce adapter in this case as above?
Hi Andy, I'm not sure this is for App Connect which isn't mentioned at all in the text of the idea ... whilst it does mention Salesforce, it also talks about the connection being between Salesforce and "IBM's publish/subscribe system for platform events". If this really is for App Connect, then I think we'd need some more detail on what the user sees as "intervention" and whether this is down to an observation on ACEcc or ACEaaS on AWS ... In both ACEaaS on AWS and in ACEcc, when the salesforce account information is updated in Kubernetes secrets, a webhook is triggered which causes the automatic pod reconcile.... so I think the App Connect behaviour for Salesforce password maintenance is already automatic.
Thanks for submitting this - moving it to App Connect so that the connector team can assess.
