Create general overview documentation about CP4I product updates and compability

In a meeting with IBM I have raised the topic that there is a missing general overview documentation about CP4I product updates and compability similarly as there is an existing for ACE fixpacks, operators & operands like

Through a Case I have received a long list of links to the IBM documentation and from my point of view the best location seems to be https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/cloud-paks/cp-integration/2023.4?topic=reference-operator-instance-versions-this-release.

Anyhow it would be cool to see that as CP4I is sold as a pack of licenses it is even handled in a similar way for the support of all the products included. Only this will create a pack even in regard to maintainability of end users like you and me ;-)
