Common APIC Operator SC-2 channel for all fixes

API Connect Operator for CP4I SC-2/LTS release does not support a common operator channel for all fixes. The implication is that although the subscription is set to Automatic, the Operator is not upgraded and requires administrative action to change the channel (for example to go from 10.0.8.0 to 10.0.8.1, required us to change the channel) which is not GitOps friendly either and also beats the purpose of having the upgrades set to Automatic.

Please talk to ACE and MQ teams to understand how they have implemented a common Operator channel for all fix levels for SC-2 release. As it works very well for the ACE and MQ Operators.
