Add more abilities to MQ console GUI

  1. clear queues that's in use with api get API calls (amqsget QUEUENAME QMGR)

  2. ability to force channel to stop and kill the sessions.

  3. copy or move messages

  4. stop the automatic refresh of the GUI which interrupts the worklow

  5. view the message output without downloading it.

  6. change the timezone settings of the pods through the yaml or gui, in order to see last_put and last_get at the right local time.
