API connect missing mustgather

There is NO method to download ALL of the APIC logs from the DataPower gateway(s). There are many logs apic specific stored in local and we have no simple method to tar them up.
They are not included in error reports.

Also this only applies to physical and ova APIC installs as a native k8s DataPower gateway logs are pulled into the postmortem collection. Just when the appliances are not local this info is manually collected.

The logs I am talking about are in local:// and all are tied to APIC interaction actions.
    For example:
    local:/domain/config-sequence.log
    local:/domain/config/01.parse-settings.cfg
    local:/domain/config/kolinski_sepcatalog_collection.cfg
    ... etc
    all of these files
