Display Custom Error Message in DPOD

Our infrastructure is running using a Gateway approach: we have a MPGW that validates consumer's credentials and some other validations and routes the request to the corresponding backend. The MPGW supports SOAP and non-SOAP requests, such as JSON. Responses from the backend - either successful or containing errors - are returned to the client without being manipulated. However, the MPGW will indicate a successful execution even when a backend response contains an error, such as a Soap fault. We have customized the DPOD integration using IBMs recommended approach to flag a response containing a SOAP Fault as ERROR in DPOD. However, we cannot add the Custom Error to the DPOD UI since we already use the Custom String 1 and 2 for other critical information.
